We're not just building a platform, we're on a mission. We envision a space where the Black community and beyond thrives, where culture is celebrated, and where community comes first.

Why
Byio?
We’re tired. Tired of watching our posts disappear in algorithms that don’t see us. Tired of building audiences only to get shadowbanned. Tired of being the product while others profit from our culture.
So we asked ourselves a simple question: what if we built something better?
A space that’s invite-only not for exclusivity, but for intention. A place where you don’t code-switch, your voice matters, and the culture is protected not exploited. That’s Byio. Not just another platform, but a digital home for the Black community and our allies. A place where connection is real, growth is rewarded, and moderation protects instead of silences.
We’re building what we’ve always wished existed. A community-led space where creators get paid and authenticity isn’t optional, it’s the standard.
Connect on Your Terms
Byio puts you in control. No algorithms deciding what you see, no ads interrupting your experience just authentic connections with your community.

Follow Our
Journey
As Black women, we're just over it!
Over seeing our posts vanish in algorithms that ignore us!
Over building up followers only to get shadow banned!
Over being the product while others cash in on our culture!
So, we thought, why not create something better? A space that's invite only, not to be exclusive, but to be intentional.
