With over two decades of experience building and fixing customer experience systems across industries, she knows exactly how to keep people protected while keeping businesses efficient. She’s equal parts strategist and problem solver, able to spot weak points, smooth out the rough edges, and create experiences that build trust from day one.

When things get messy, Sasheen is the one you want in the room. She’s seen it all, handled it all, and still manages to make it look effortless.

Stevie is an innovative creator who loves to learn any skill that lets her express herself creatively. Her defining characteristic is that she loves creating things that didn't exist in a space in order to solve problems. Her experience as a singer/songwriter, guitar player, and poet makes it so her brain is constantly flowing with ideas to share with herself and Byio.

With two Bachelor's degrees, and a certificate of Front-End Engineering, Stevie is bringing all of her skills to bring to live this revolutionary platform and help create a safe space for the marginalized online.
